The purpose of this website is to provide eligible Fire personnel with important information pertaining to the Promotional Examinations for the Memphis Fire Department.

In order for eligible Fire personnel to access the information on this website, he/she must type in a user name and password in the log-in window below. The user name for each eligible candidate will be his/her individual Employee Identification Number and the password will be the last four digits of his/her social security number.

Only Fire personnel who have been determined to be eligible for the promotional process, based on the eligibility requirements, will be able to access the website. If a Fire employee believes he/she is eligible for the promotional process, but is unable to log on to the website, that employee should contact Memphis Fire Department Administration, 2670 Avery Avenue Memphis, TN 38112 to verify eligibility.
